1 June 2010
TTG Asia Media, organizer of IT&CMA and CTW 2010, would like to assure all exhibitors that your safety is our priority.
We are pleased in informing you of the followings:
- Based on the developments by the Thai Government and feedback from our strategic partners of IT&CMA 2010 i.e. Thailand Convention and Exhibitions Bureau (TCEB), Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), we are positive that IT&CMA will proceed on schedule from 5- 7 October 2010.
- The management of Bangkok Convention Center and Centara Grand has informed us that with the exception of some residual damage due to smoke and water affecting some parts of their property, the venue is structurally sound and all refurbishment & repair works will be completed and will re-open for business by 1st week of June 2010.
The hotel & exhibition area is also unaffected by the fire as it is located at the opposite end of the shopping complex. [Please view the latest press release by the venue owner published on FTN News here.
- In the unlikely event that the premises will not be available for use, we have secured an alternative venue in Bangkok to ensure the show moves ahead as planned
We will provide exhibitors with periodic updates to minimize any possible disruption to your plans. Buyers acquisition campaigns will intensify in months to come to ensure the quality Buyers you can meet.
Should you require any clarifications, please feel free to be in touch with us.
Cheers,
